We operate two principal businesses — Tien Phuoc Real Estate and American International Hospital — and partner with some of the world's most respected names in real estate and international healthcare. From an essential-oil cooperative in 1992 to a family-owned holding company today — a brief timeline of the chapters that shaped us.
- 1992Founded as an agricultural & essential-oil cooperative in southern Vietnam.
- 1997First investment in real estate — the pivot that defined the next three decades.
- 2007Strategic partnership with Keppel Land Vietnam on The Estella.
- 2018American International Hospital launched — JCI-aligned, American standards.
- 2019Tien Phuoc Group Corporation established as the family-owned holding company.
